To whom it may concern. Let me be very clear, because silence can be mistaken for agreement and I don’t agree. I haven’t spoken up in a while. But when it comes to my Motha, I will speak. Period. And let me say this plainly. The people I’m addressing are members of my own family, and they are going to stop mishandling my Motha as long as I’m alive. What I will not accept is Sound Healing or Reiki being labeled “sorcery” or “evil” by people quoting scripture without historical, theological, or medical understanding, especially while ignoring their own unresolved issues, including alcoholism, drug addiction, chaos, and untreated trauma. There’s power in pausing. Before we step into this new month, let’s take a moment to reflect. Release what no longer served your highest good in September, and honor the lessons it brought. Breathe in gratitude for the blessings and the goals you reached, sit with them and really feel it. Now, with each exhale, let go of what you don’t want to carry forward not just into this month, but for the rest of the year. Remember, it’s okay not to be okay. If ease and flow are what you need, claim them. They’re yours to have. You don’t have to push yourself if you need rest. Rest is also a form of progress. Cha

 

Mental health is a part of our family story and healing starts with honesty. Lately, I’ve realized that I’ll be speaking about mental health for the rest of my life. It’s not just a passion, it’s a purpose. And I’ve seen how often we long for community, connection, and support, but that kind of healing has to start at home. The truth is, we’ve experienced mental health challenges on both sides of the family. Some of us are doing the work taking action, creating change. Others may still be struggling, perhaps out of fear, shame, or uncertainty. But here’s what I gently encourage: Don’t let silence take root where healing could grow. Please, be open with your children. Share what you can. Be as transparent as possible not to burden, but to liberate. You never know how your story, your honesty, your willingness to speak, could free someone else in your bloodline. Our families need truth, not perfection. I’ve been this way since I was a child, but my gifts truly deepened after I became a mother. He’s describing me perfectly it’s like he’s speaking my truth word for word!

  I absolutely refuse to be sucked into, partake, or entertain ANY low vibrating frequencies.  Not today, not tomorrow, not the rest of the year, not next year, and so forth. If that Meme isn’t the truth, I don’t know what is! A little under a month ago.  We were trying to decide on what to eat. We wanted to go to  El Novillero, but they were closed. So we were just driving around and we pulled up to another spot and for some reason I was like nah, let’s go to Luigi's Pizza Parlor and honestly I never want to eat inside, but this day I was like yeah let’s sit down and eat. Chileeeeeeeeeeee, so my Mom was talking to my daughter and said you know your Mom likes her salads. I instantly thought of my Grandma because she loved salads too. Chileee healing things from your past is an ongoing process I tell ya. I been making crazy strides! I'm so emotional because this growth has been F'N crazy and I'm just thankful shit is finally adding up and clicking. Man what a time to be alive! Haha ppl think I'm hella private, however I'm transparent AF you couldn't pay me to fake shit. I have zero shit to hide no regrets and nothing but truths to tell, that is how l'm gonna leave this bishhhh. And that's what l'm teaching my daughter in this crazy judgmental lying ass world always be your MF'N self even when they talking down on you! Cha's POV: Yes, healing in isolation is never easy. I've isolated myself for years now to really work on myself and many don't understand it, but when you are fighting for your life and trying to be a better version of self, you have to drown out the opinions or judgement of what others may say or think about you. I put it like this, I rather see someone working on their healing no matter how it's perceived, than to see them dead. 🫶🏾 Also, when you are trying to heal any childhood trauma, generational trauma aka in the blood/dna, womb trauma, medical trauma, work trauma and the list may go on,  that internal work, isn't an overnight thing, it's continuous and because everyone's journey doesn't look the same and isn't the same, it may take some longer than others. Last Saturday in my GRANDmother’s birth month,  where special things seem to always happen. I had a full circle, alignment day, and aha moment.  Visiting a farm tasked with Orchard maintenance for peach trees, which I had no clue about, until I asked what type of trees we were going to be working on.  I ended my fulfilling day driving down a road called Coloma in Sacramento County.  I obviously didn’t see and wasn’t paying any attention to the name of the road,  until I was leaving.  Then it all just started to hit.  Yes, I’m right where I am supposed to be. Some things are just meant.  I mean hey 24 is my day/birth-date.  My family farmed, packed, and delivered fruit.  From Coloma, CA to Placerville including other surrounding areas. With a host of other meaningful responsibilities  and  jobs. Proud would be an understatement!  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It’s been brought to my attention and something that needs to be addressed.  I’ve come to this great conclusion that some folks may need to be worried about the folks that post all the time, rather than the folks that don’t post much or at all.  Please realize the ones that don’t take breaks or ever stop to reset, are most likely the individuals at their lowest or suffering to some degree.
